Well the road trip to Europe , France and Spain set off on 1st January in good form. Low cost out of season and cooler weather to get about.

The Fuel cost meant an adjustment to our low budget over 3000 miles so we settled for cheese sandwiches or similar on most days and noticed the usual Bar life in Spain has just about ended when you had the noise of coffee cups and machines clattering at a pace , there's just 1 or two customers at a time .
